TIMES AND SEASON'S
Many times you find in the word: "At an appointed time, God…" God has a plan for His people, and an appointed time. He always gives his Covenant Children, His servants, plenty of notice ahead of time. Through His word, through the Inward witness, through Prophetic words, and through observation and awareness of the 'New Thing' that He is doing. Often however, when we catch the vision it is all too easy to rush out and try to bring it to pass. While we need to know His plan, we must be sensitive to His timing. It is the 'Divine Appointment.' When the anointing - the 'mantle' is released. When God says: "NOW!" then the hosts of Angels go forth to implement the plan, when the power of the Holy Spirit is released for that specific purpose.
Our part then, is not to try to bring it to pass. It is to prepare ourselves, spirit soul and body, so that when the appointed time comes, we are ready to flow in it.
At Bible Training Centre we were taught: "You are never out of the will of God, while you are preparing to do the will of God."
Jesus spent thirty years in preparation, and only three years in ministry. At the wedding in Cana, He said to His mother: "My hour has not yet come." (John2:4)
This preparation time is God's proving ground. A rugby player who has his sights set on a position in the All Blacks doesn't wait for the invitation before he puts his boots on and starts training.
I believe that we are experiencing the beginnings of one of the greatest moves of God on the earth. And I want to have a part in it. I want to be on the team. Whether I am or not will be decided long before the appointed time. It comes down to: Faithfulness, and commitment.
Faithfulness, to be able to get in position, and stay in position. There are those whom God has placed in front line positions who allow themselves to become restless or bored because there's not enough happening. Or they get caught up in offences and strife. Sometimes if they have a religious spirit they think that their job is to run around trying to straighten everyone else out. So they go off looking for action, and they are AWOL! They have abandoned their post. Faithfulness means steadfast in affection, position or duty.
I believe the call to the Body of Christ is to get ready! I see too many would-be disciples still harbouring offences, rejections and attitudes that make them a laughing stock to the enemy. While they're marching around in their uniform singing 'onward christian soldiers' they don't give him one anxious moment, because he knows they'll be taken out with the first shot.
Mike and Kathy emailed me this prophesy, and it flows with what has been in my heart, and what I have seen the Holy Spirit doing in the hearts and lives of those at Victory Fellowship. There are the faithful and committed, who have yielded to the Holy Spirit and allowed Him to do a deep work of restoration and repair in their hearts and lives. The key word is yielded. Sadly there will always be some who want to hold on to their hurts, their rejections etc. They are missing out on the current operation of the Holy Spirit, as God prepares His people. God loves them, and so do we.
But the anointing has been so strong, the call to yield hurts offences and rejections over to Him so insistent, that it's not the place to be, if you don't want to get free. I can tell how serious a person is about God - how faithful and committed to His plan, by how committed they are to getting free from offences and bitter heart attitudes, and staying free! Don't fuss over what anyone else is doing, or not doing. This is the time for each of us to look to his or her own walk. To get in position, and to get ready for this appointed time! Anyway, here's this prophesy;
Given 12/19/99, Springs Harvest Fellowship I saw a vision and the vision was of a field. It seems as though I could see some of you looking back at the year 1999 and you are saying, "I didn't think my field would look like this at the end of 1999. I thought it would have a lot more fruit produced. I thought that I was going to see abundance."

I began to feel the heart of God for some of you that you almost feel like you have failed, that you have almost failed God. The Holy Spirit began to speak to me, "No, no, no, it is not so." Then He said, "Now look at this field like I look at this field." I began to see a field and the Lord said, "What do you notice?" I said, "I don't see too much. I just see ground."
He said, "Yes, but do you see weeds?" And I said, "No, I don't see weeds." And He said, "You don't see weeds because my people this year allowed me to go into their lives and begin to deal with their character and begin to pull up those weeds, those things that didn't please me."
Can you feel the Holy Spirit on this? And I said well, Lord. And He said, "What else do you see? Do you see snakes?" And I said, "No, I don't see any snakes." He said, "Because my people allowed me to cast out demons from their lives and my people allowed me to put them in the fire." I knew the Lord was pleased with you; that even though it has been a hard, hard year, that you have a field that is prepared for
harvest.
I began to take a closer look at that field and I could see there were just furrows in that field and the Lord said, "Cindy, what else do you see? Do you see that my people allowed me to break up the fallow ground, their hard hearts, that in the midst of trials and temptation and satanic opposition, that when I cut that plow into their hearts and lives, they said Yes, Lord? That they said, 'I am not going to murmur, I'm not going to complain, I am just going to say be it unto me according to your word, oh God!'"
So I began to see a field prepared for harvest and he said, "Cindy, what else do you see?" And the Lord said there are seeds in these furrows. Many of you think your life is dormant. The Lord began to show me visions that were dormant, things that you thought you would accomplish and dreams you had even ten, fifteen years ago, five years ago. And they just didn't happen and you think they are dead and the Lord says, "All those seeds are not dead, my children. I want you to take another look, for in that seed is life, and I'm going to call that life forth."
And I saw the Holy Spirit cause it to rain. The power of God began to cause a mighty outpouring of the Spirit of God, the latter and the former rain began to fall on that seed.
The Lord said to me, "Look Cindy, I want you to see something else." I saw transplant. I saw Him putting this crop here and that crop there and moving plants around, protecting and nurturing this and that little plant. I saw him putting this crop here and that crop there and moving plants around, protecting and nurturing this and that little plant. Then I saw a miraculous thing. I saw acorns that were planted in the ground and they just sprang up like that. It was so suddenly and the Lord says in the year 2000 it is going to be a time of suddenlies. That if you will believe that I am going to send the rain, if you believe that I am a good God, if you will believe that those seeds aren't dead, if you will believe that the Spirit of God is for you and not against you, you are going to begin to see everything you have dreamed spring up. The Lord says I am sending the rain. I am sending what you need. I am sending provision. I am going to protect you.
I began to see warriors that stood and beat off the fowls of the air. Those birds that would come and pluck up the seed and the Lord says, "I am going to protect you in this year. I'm going to put my hand upon you. You are coming to a new day and a new place that you have never dreamed. So the Lord says you must see your field like I see your field. You must see your life like I see your life. You must understand that I am for you and not against you. Don't look at those things that yet need to change. I want you to see your field in your life like I see you. I say to you well done, children, well done!".
